Frank McCormick

Frank McCormick was an accomplished American baseball player, primarily a first baseman, who played in Major League Baseball from the 1940s to the early 1960s. Known for his powerful hitting and solid defensive skills, he was a key contributor to the Cincinnati Reds, helping them win the World Series in 1940. McCormick was a three-time All-Star and led the National League in runs batted in (RBIs) in 1940. After his playing career, he remained involved in baseball as a coach and scout.
