Fran

A "Fran" is a popular workout in CrossFit, designed to test strength and speed. It consists of three movements performed in a set sequence: thrusters (a combination of a front squat and an overhead press with a barbell) and pull-ups. The goal is to complete 21, 15, and 9 repetitions of these movements as quickly as possible. Fran is known for being intense and demanding, challenging both muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
