Image for Frame-by-Frame

Frame-by-Frame

Frame-by-frame refers to analyzing or displaying a sequence of still images, called frames, in rapid succession to create the illusion of motion. This method is commonly used in animation, video editing, and film production. Each frame captures a moment in time, and when played back quickly, our brains perceive smooth movement. Think of it as viewing a flipbook: each page shows a slightly different image, and flipping through them quickly makes it look like the images are moving. This technique provides precise control over each moment, allowing for detailed editing or animation at the individual frame level.
