Fractal theory studies complex patterns that repeat at different scales, known as self-similarity. Fractal theory helps us understand and model these intricate patterns, revealing underlying order in seemingly chaotic systems. It’s used in fields like physics, computer graphics, and finance to analyze and simulate natural forms and behaviors that exhibit recursive, self-similar structures.
