FOXO4-DRI

FOXO4-DRI is a specially designed molecule that aims to target and eliminate senescent cells—cells that have stopped dividing and contribute to aging and related diseases. It works by interfering with an interaction between a protein called FOXO4 and senescent cells, prompting these cells to self-destruct. By selectively removing these aging cells, FOXO4-DRI has the potential to improve tissue health, reduce inflammation, and possibly slow down some aspects of aging. This approach is being researched as a way to promote healthier aging and combat age-related conditions.
