Four questions (Mah Nishtanah)
The Four Questions, known as Mah Nishtanah, are a set of four inquiries traditionally asked by the youngest person at the Passover Seder. They highlight four differences observed during the holiday night compared to regular evenings: why tonight we eat only matzah instead of leavened bread, why we eat bitter herbs, why we dip food twice, and why we recline when eating. These questions emphasize the unique customs of Passover, symbolizing the Israelites' rapid escape from Egypt and inviting discussion about their story and freedom.
