Foster Parent

A foster parent is an individual or couple that temporarily cares for children who cannot live with their biological families due to various reasons, such as neglect or abuse. Foster parents provide a safe and nurturing environment, helping children to heal and adjust. This arrangement can be short-term, until the child can safely return home, or long-term, if reunification isn't possible. Foster care aims to support a child's well-being while promoting stability and emotional development. In many cases, foster parents also work with social services and biological families to facilitate reunification whenever feasible.
