Form 10-Q
Form 10-Q is a quarterly financial report that publicly traded companies in the U.S. submit to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It provides updated information on a company’s financial performance, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and cash flow, along with management’s discussion of recent results and future outlook. The report helps investors and analysts assess a company's financial health and operations between annual reports (Form 10-K). It is filed three times a year, excluding the fourth quarter, and ensures transparency and accountability for shareholders and the public.
