Forced Induction

Forced induction is a method used to increase an engine's power by pushing extra air into the engine's combustion chamber. Normally, engines rely on atmospheric air pressure, but with forced induction devices like turbochargers or superchargers, a mechanical or turbine-driven system compresses and forces more air in. This denser air contains more oxygen, allowing the engine to burn more fuel efficiently and produce more power. It effectively boosts engine performance without increasing engine size, enabling smaller engines to deliver the power of larger ones, which improves acceleration and efficiency.
