Flotation Reagents

Flotation reagents are chemicals used in mineral processing to help separate valuable minerals from waste rock. They work by selectively coating the desired minerals or impurities, making them easier to collect or repel in a flotation cell. These reagents include collectors (which attract and attach to the target minerals), frothers (which produce stable bubbles to carry minerals to the surface), and depressants (which prevent unwanted minerals from floating). Together, they optimize the separation process, enhancing the efficiency and purity of mineral extraction.
