Flavian dynasty

The Flavian dynasty was a series of Roman emperors from 69 to 96 AD, founded by Vespasian after the chaos of Nero’s reign. It included his sons, Titus and Domitian. This dynasty restored stability and rebuilt Rome’s infrastructure, notably constructing the Colosseum. They strengthened the empire’s economy, disciplined its military, and expanded its borders. Known for their practical leadership, the Flavians helped recover Rome’s reputation and laid foundations for future imperial stability. Their rule marked a period of consolidation and reform following a tumultuous era of civil war.
