FLAI (Italian Federation of Agricultural Workers)

FLAI (Federazione Lavoratori Agroindustria Italiana) is the Italian Federation representing agricultural workers and industry employees. It is part of the larger Italian Confederation of Workers’ Unions (CISL). FLAI advocates for workers' rights, fair wages, safe working conditions, and social benefits within the agricultural and food production sectors.
