Five Whys
The Five Whys is a problem-solving technique that helps identify the root cause of an issue by asking "Why?" repeatedly. Starting with the problem, you ask why it happened, then for each answer, ask "Why?" again. This process continues typically five times, or until the fundamental cause is uncovered. It encourages deep thinking and helps prevent superficial fixes. The method is simple, effective, and widely used in troubleshooting to address issues directly at their source, leading to more lasting solutions.
