FITE (Fédération Internationale de Tourisme Équestre)
FITE (Fédération Internationale de Tourisme Équestre) is the global organization that governs and promotes equestrian tourism—long-distance riding and horse travel—around the world. It establishes international standards for trail riding, safety, and rider conduct to ensure enjoyable and responsible horse tourism experiences. FITE also supports the development of equestrian tourism networks, organizes events, and encourages sustainable practices that respect horses, nature, and local communities. By uniting national horseback riding associations, FITE aims to foster cultural exchange, adventure, and preservation of equestrian traditions on an international level.
