First Nations Education Steering Committee

The First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) is an organization dedicated to supporting first nations students, communities, and educators in British Columbia, Canada. It works to improve educational opportunities, develop culturally relevant curriculum, and advocate for policies that respect First Nations’ rights and traditions. FNESC collaborates with government and other stakeholders to ensure Indigenous students have access to quality education that reflects their identity, culture, and needs, promoting achievement and well-being within First Nations communities.
