First Air Force

First Air Force, also known as Air Force North (AFNORTH), is a division of the United States Air Force responsible for homeland air defense and support. Its primary mission is to coordinate air and space operations within North America, working closely with civil authorities and other military branches. This includes protecting U.S. airspace from threats, assisting in disaster response, and supporting national security through readiness and coordination.
