Filtration processes

Filtration is a process that separates solid particles from liquids or gases by passing them through a barrier called a filter. The filter has tiny pores that trap unwanted particles, allowing clean fluid to pass through. This process is used in many applications, such as purifying drinking water, air filtration in HVAC systems, and in laboratories to isolate specific substances. Filtration depends on the size of particles and pore size of the filter, helping to remove contaminants and improve quality, safety, or clarity of the fluid being processed.
