
FIGC (Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio)
The FIGC, or Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio, is Italy’s main organization responsible for overseeing soccer (football) in the country. It manages the organization of national leagues, including Serie A, and oversees team licensing, competitions, and the development of players and coaches. The FIGC also supervises the Italian national teams, both men's and women's, ensuring adherence to international standards and rules. Established in 1898, it works with clubs, officials, and players to promote the sport’s growth, fair play, and professionalism across Italy.
