Fiancé(e) Visa Processing

A fiancé(e) visa allows a U.S. citizen to bring their foreign partner to the U.S. for marriage. The process begins with the U.S. citizen filing a petition with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Once approved, the case moves to a U.S. consulate in the foreign partner's country for processing. There, the partner attends an interview, submits necessary documents, and undergoes a medical exam. If approved, the fiancé(e) visa is granted, allowing them to enter the U.S. for 90 days. After marriage, they can apply for permanent residency.
