FET (Flat Earth Theory)
The Flat Earth Theory (FET) posits that the Earth is flat rather than spherical. Proponents argue that observable evidence—such as the horizon appearing flat and certain visual illusions—suggests a flat surface. They often believe that scientific explanations for a round Earth are myths or conspiracies, and that NASA and other agencies are involved in misinformation. Mainstream science, however, confirms Earth is an oblate spheroid based on extensive satellite data, gravity, and global navigation systems. FET is widely discredited by the scientific community, which relies on empirical evidence and physics to understand Earth's shape.
