Fess
FESS, or Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat chronic sinus issues. Using a small camera and instruments inserted through the nose, a surgeon clears blockages and removes diseased tissue to restore normal drainage and airflow in the sinuses. The goal is to improve breathing, reduce infections, and improve quality of life. Because it’s performed with specialized tools and imaging, FESS minimizes external cuts, often leading to quicker recovery and less discomfort compared to traditional surgery.
