Fermi's Paradox
Fermi's Paradox questions why, given the vast size and age of the universe, we haven't detected signs of extraterrestrial civilizations. With billions of stars and likely many planets capable of supporting life, it seems probable that intelligent life should exist elsewhere. Yet, despite extensive searches, there is no conclusive evidence or contact. The paradox highlights the apparent contradiction between the high probability of alien life and the lack of observable evidence, prompting scientists to explore explanations like the rarity of intelligent life, vast distances, or civilizations choosing not to communicate.
