Fennek
The Fennek, also known as the fennec fox, is a small desert-dwelling mammal native to North Africa. It is characterized by its large ears, which help dissipate heat and enhance hearing, and its thick fur that provides insulation against the hot days and cold nights of the desert. Despite its size, it is an agile and hardy predator that primarily hunts insects, small mammals, and birds. Fennecs are social animals living in burrows, and they are well-adapted to survive in extreme arid conditions thanks to their efficient water conservation and temperature regulation.
