Faun

A faun is a mythological creature from Roman and Greek legends, typically depicted as part human and part goat. They have the upper body of a human, with the lower body, horns, and sometimes the tail of a goat. Fauns are often associated with nature, forests, and rustic music, embodying a playful, mischievous spirit. Unlike satyrs, who are similar but more boisterous, fauns are generally portrayed as calmer and more gentle. They symbolize a connection to natural surroundings and are frequently encountered in stories, art, and folklore as guardians of the woods or as companions to gods like Pan.
