Facilitator

A facilitator is someone who guides and manages a group to help them work together effectively. They create a positive environment, keep discussions focused, ensure everyone’s voice is heard, and help the group achieve its goals. Facilitors don’t give opinions or make decisions for the group, but serve as neutral moderators to keep the process smooth and productive. They are skilled in communication, organization, and conflict resolution, making it easier for teams or groups to collaborate, solve problems, and reach consensus efficiently.
