Eysenck's Personality Theory

Eysenck's Personality Theory suggests that personality can be understood through three main traits: extraversion (social and outgoing vs. reserved), neuroticism (emotionally unstable vs. stable), and psychoticism (boldness and impulsivity vs. cautiousness). He believed these traits are biologically based, influencing how people behave and respond emotionally. Extraverts seek social stimulation, neurotic individuals may experience more mood swings, and those high in psychoticism tend to be more impulsive and less empathetic. This model helps explain individual differences in behavior and personality by linking traits to underlying biological factors.
