Extrusion technology
Extrusion technology is a manufacturing process where raw material, often in the form of a heated, semi-liquid state, is pushed through a shaped opening called a die. This creates continuous lengths of material with a specific cross-section, such as pipes, beams, or sheets. Once extruded, the material cools and hardens into the desired shape. It's widely used for making aluminum windows, plastic tubing, and other products where consistent cross-sectional profiles are needed. The process allows for high precision, efficiency, and the ability to produce complex shapes with minimal waste.
