Express Contracts
Express contracts are agreements where the terms are clearly stated by the parties, either verbally or in writing. For example, if you hire someone to paint your house and you both agree on the price and deadline in a conversation or a written document, that's an express contract. It’s different from implied contracts, where terms are not explicitly stated but are understood through actions. In express contracts, both parties have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations, making it easier to enforce if one party does not fulfill their part of the agreement.
