Experience API

The Experience API (xAPI), also known as Tin Can API, is a technology that tracks and records learning experiences across various platforms and environments. Unlike traditional methods that only log completed courses, xAPI captures detailed data about what learners do, such as interacting with simulations, watching videos, or participating in discussions. This information is stored as "statements" that describe actions, enabling organizations to analyze and understand individual learning behaviors and progress in a comprehensive way.
