Exit, Voice, and Loyalty

Exit, Voice, and Loyalty are three responses consumers or members have to dissatisfaction with an organization or situation. "Exit" means physically leaving or stopping support, like switching brands or quitting. "Voice" involves actively expressing concerns or trying to improve the situation through feedback or discussion. "Loyalty" is remaining committed despite issues, often waiting for improvements before leaving. These concepts help understand how people handle dissatisfaction—either by leaving, speaking up, or staying loyal in hope things will improve.
