Executive Leadership Council

The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is a professional organization that supports the development and advancement of Black executives and senior leaders. Its goal is to increase representation of African Americans in top corporate roles by providing leadership development, networking opportunities, and resources. The ELC brings together experienced leaders from various industries to share best practices, foster mentorship, and promote inclusive leadership. Ultimately, it seeks to influence positive change in the corporate world by empowering Black professionals to reach executive positions and drive organizational success.
