Evocation

Evocation is a psychological concept referring to the way a person’s behavior, speech, or appearance can unintentionally evoke or bring out specific reactions, memories, or feelings in others. It involves the dynamic influence individuals have on those around them through their actions or words, triggering emotional or cognitive responses without deliberate intention. In essence, evocation describes how one person's presence or communication can subtly shape the responses of others, often reflecting underlying traits, moods, or intentions, and playing a key role in social interactions and relationships.
