European Union Civil Service Tribunal
The European Union Civil Service Tribunal was a specialized court established to resolve legal disputes between the EU and its civil servants, such as employment rights, disciplinary actions, and job conditions. It provided a dedicated legal forum for these cases, ensuring fair and streamlined resolution within the EU legal system. However, in 2016, the tribunal was abolished, and its jurisdiction was transferred to the General Court of the European Court of Justice, which now handles such disputes along with other cases involving EU institutions and individuals.
