European Ramblers' Association

The European Ramblers' Association (ERA) is a non-profit organization that unites national hiking and walking groups across Europe. Its goal is to promote walking as a healthy, sustainable activity and to improve and maintain long-distance trails and walking routes throughout the continent. ERA supports the development of well-marked, accessible paths, encourages outdoor recreation, and advocates for policies that protect natural landscapes. It also fosters collaboration among member organizations to share expertise and promote hiking as an environmentally friendly way to explore and connect with nature and different cultures within Europe.
