European Business Ombudsman

The European Business Ombudsman is an independent official appointed by the European Parliament who helps businesses resolve issues with European Union institutions. If a company faces unfair or inappropriate treatment, delays, or misunderstandings that are not resolved through normal channels, the ombudsman can investigate and facilitate dialogue to find a fair solution. Their role is to promote transparency and accountability within EU administrations, ensuring that businesses, especially smaller ones, are treated fairly and that their concerns are heard and addressed effectively.
