Eurobond

A Eurobond is a type of international bond issued outside a country's main financial markets and denominated in a currency different from the country where it's issued. Typically issued by corporations or governments to raise capital from international investors, Eurobonds are usually sold on the Eurobond market, which is an unregulated sector of the financial industry. They often offer advantages like lower borrowing costs, greater anonymity, and access to a broader pool of investors. Despite the name, Eurobonds are not necessarily issued in Europe; the term refers to their issuance in the international market, not the continent.
