Euclidean Plane

The Euclidean plane is a flat, two-dimensional surface where points are defined by pairs of numbers called coordinates, like (x, y). It follows the familiar rules of geometry developed by Euclid, such as the shortest distance between two points being a straight line and the angles in a triangle adding up to 180 degrees. This plane is the basic setting for many areas of mathematics, physics, and engineering, providing a simple yet precise way to describe shapes, positions, and relationships in space. It assumes a flat, non-curved surface without distortions.
