Ethical Value Theory

Ethical Value Theory is a philosophical approach that explores what makes actions or principles morally good or valuable. It examines how certain qualities, such as honesty, fairness, or kindness, are considered inherently valuable and guide our judgments about right and wrong. Essentially, it seeks to understand which values underpin ethical behavior and why these values matter in making moral decisions, helping us clarify what we ought to do and why.
