Ethical nihilism
Ethical nihilism is the philosophical view that moral principles and values do not have objective or inherent truth or validity. In other words, it claims there are no universally or inherently right or wrong actions, and moral judgments are subjective or meaningless. Nihilists believe that moral beliefs are human-made constructs without a firm foundation, and thus, moral truths do not exist independently of individual or cultural perspectives. This perspective challenges traditional ideas of morality, questioning whether any action can be considered truly right or wrong beyond personal or societal opinions.
