Ethical Monism
Ethical Monism is the philosophical view that there is a single, ultimate principle or standard that determines what is morally right or wrong. This contrasts with Moral Pluralism, which holds that multiple ethical principles can coexist. Ethical Monism often aligns with Moral Absolutism, the belief that certain actions are universally right or wrong, regardless of context or circumstances. In essence, it asserts that there is one true moral path, providing a clear basis for ethical judgments, rather than a variety of equally valid perspectives.
