Estate Property
Estate property refers to all the assets, rights, and obligations owned by a person, typically in the context of that person's estate after death. This includes real estate (like homes and land), personal property (such as jewelry and vehicles), financial assets (like bank accounts and investments), and liabilities (like debts). When someone passes away, their estate is managed according to their will or, if there is no will, by law, often through a process called probate. The estate is evaluated, debts are settled, and remaining assets are distributed to heirs or beneficiaries.
