Actually, ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) is related to financial markets in the European Union, overseeing securities, banking, and insurance sectors for transparency and stability. It is not involved in aviation safety. The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), on the other hand, is responsible for aviation safety in Europe, setting standards for aircraft design, manufacturing, and operation to ensure safe air travel across member countries.
