Eskimo
"Eskimo" is a term historically used to describe indigenous peoples of the Arctic, mainly the Inuit and Yupik communities. These groups have adapted to extreme cold environments through specialized clothing, hunting techniques, and community cooperation. However, "Eskimo" is considered outdated and sometimes offensive; more accurate terms are "Inuit" (primarily in Canada and Greenland) or "Yupik" (Alaska and Russia). These peoples have rich cultural traditions, languages, and social structures that have allowed them to thrive in some of the world's most challenging climates.
