Erythromelalgia

Erythromelalgia is a rare condition characterized by episodic redness, warmth, and throbbing pain in the extremities, usually the feet and hands. These episodes can last from minutes to hours and are often triggered by heat, exercise, or pressure. It occurs due to abnormal blood vessel dilation, leading to increased blood flow and inflammation.
