Ernő Rubik

Ernő Rubik is a Hungarian architect and professor best known for inventing the Rubik’s Cube in 1974. The cube is a 3D puzzle consisting of smaller colored squares that can be rotated to scramble and then solve, testing spatial reasoning and problem-solving skills. Rubik’s invention became a global phenomenon, inspiring numerous variations and competitive speed-solving communities.
