Erdos–Rényi model
The Erdős–Rényi model is a way to create and study random networks or graphs. Imagine having a fixed number of points (nodes) and connecting each pair with a certain probability. This process results in a network where some nodes are connected and others aren’t, with the overall structure determined by chance. It helps researchers understand how complex networks, like social connections or computer links, might form and behave under different probabilistic rules, revealing common patterns and properties of randomly built systems.
