Equipotentiality
Equipotentiality is the concept that, in a given system, all points at the same potential have the same energy level. For example, in an electric field, any point at the same voltage feels no net force difference, so no work is needed to move an object or charge between these points. Similarly, in psychology, it suggests that multiple brain regions or pathways might contribute equally to a function, implying that a loss in one area can sometimes be compensated by others. Overall, equipotentiality highlights the idea of uniform potential or capability across certain points or regions.
