EQF levels
The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) groups qualifications into levels based on their complexity, knowledge, skills, and responsibilities. It helps compare different education and training systems across Europe. Levels range from 1 (basic skills, like entry-level work or secondary education) to 8 (advanced expertise, such as doctoral degrees). Each level shows what someone is generally capable of doing and the depth of understanding they have in their field. This system makes it easier for employers, educators, and individuals to understand and transfer qualifications across countries and sectors.
