Environmental Stimuli
Environmental stimuli are signals or changes in your surroundings that can trigger responses in your body or mind. These include things like sounds, lights, temperature, odors, or even social interactions. When you encounter a stimulus, your senses detect it and send information to your brain, which then processes it and may lead to reactions such as movement, feeling, or thinking. For example, hearing a loud noise might make you jump; feeling cold might cause you to wear a jacket. Essentially, environmental stimuli are the various external factors that influence how we perceive and respond to our environment.
