End Users
End users are the individuals who ultimately use a product, service, or technology. They are the people who interact directly with software applications, devices, or systems in their daily activities, whether for work or personal use. For example, someone using a smartphone app, a customer making an online purchase, or an employee operating a company’s software are all end users. They don’t necessarily develop or maintain the products; instead, they are the final audience who benefit from and rely on the functionality provided.
